Our vanilla sugar is caster sugar infused with whole Grade A Madagascan vanilla beans, left to steep until the sugar itself carries a real vanilla aroma rather than an artificial flavouring. It's the easiest way to get vanilla into anything that takes plain sugar — stirred into coffee or tea, dusted over a warm bake, or swapped in wherever a recipe calls for caster sugar and could use a little more depth. A newer addition to our range alongside pods, extract, paste and powder.
