Why is registration important?

Registration helps us identify the strategic pillar the order will fall under. Our 3 streams (distributor, reseller/business & individual) all have individual requirements. The registration process will assist us in streamlining everything much better for all. As important, discounted pricing tables will only be reflected upon registration completion.

Note: Registration of Distributors, resellers & businesses will require manual verification by Nilla Vanilla. Don’t worry – it doesn’t take us long (literally 60 seconds). We’re all hands on-deck!

Do you deliver?

We deliver anywhere in South Africa & worldwide. Shipping Options are displayed during your checkout process. Don’t forget, shipping is free on orders over R750 (T&C’s apply). It is recommended (if outside of South Africa) you contact us for a custom quote.

Can I save on delivery charges and pick-up my order?

100% !

We allow pickups from directly from our premises in Fourways (Johannesburg, Gauteng) once your order has been placed.

Is your product eco-friendly?

It sure is! Our products come packaged individually in its own food grade glass, virgin resin airtight caps and tamper proof seal. Where applicable, our products are 100% organic.

Do you offer any discounts?

Discounts are available in bulk purchases. The product discount table becomes viewable once your account has been registered.
Additionally, we occasionally run seasonal sales – register your profile with us to join our newsletter to stay updated!

What if I change my mind?

Once the product has left our premises (shipped), we cannot offer any refund (regardless of the order size). Should you place an order on ‘back-order status’, you can opt for a refund up to 10 days prior to product dispatch. Please contact us should you require a refund. The above ‘Back-Order’ term is limited to orders placed with quantities under 2Kg of Vanilla Pods or under 1Litre of Paste & Extract or 1Kg of Vanilla Powder.

Do you offer refunds?

At Nilla Vanilla, we are committed to providing our customers with the freshest and highest-quality products sourced directly from farmers. Orders exceeding 2 kilograms of Grade A Madagascan Vanilla Pods (Large and/or Small), 1 Litre or more of Vanilla Paste and/or Extract, are often custom-placed, involving intricate coordination with our farmers to ensure the best quality and timely delivery.

When you place an order exceeding the above mentioned quantities, we swiftly initiate the process of securing your products from the farmers. This prompt action guarantees that your order is sourced, packaged, and shipped without delay, maintaining the freshness and quality you expect.

Refunding orders over the above mentioned size, especially for fresh products, poses a challenge due to our direct relationship with the farmers. Upon receiving your payment, we immediately allocate it to facilitate the procurement and shipping process. This commitment to rapid action means that we are unable to process refunds for orders of this size, particularly for perishable items.
